Renew Membership
The convenience of paying your annual membership dues can be done online. NCBW West Palm Beach Chapter accepts payments until November 13, 2023.
If you choose not to renew online, you can submit your dues during the October chapter meeting or you can mail your membership dues to our mailing address: National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc., West Palm Beach Chapter, P.O. Box 15292, West Palm Beach, FL 33416. Make check payable to National Coalition of 100 Black Women, WPB Chapter.
Partial payments are accepted. 1st payment must be received by October 16, 2023 and 2nd payment must be received by November 13, 2023. If you have questions or require assistance, please email us at [email protected].
Regular Membership
An Active Member is a woman who is at least 25 years of age, a college graduate or has significant career achievement and meets the membership eligibility guidelines as set forth herein.
(a) Pays membership dues for the new fiscal year by the designated date.
(b) Pays all assessments in the amounts by the due dates recommended and approved by the board.
(c) Actively participates in at least two (2) standing committees.
(d) Attends seventy percent (70%) of the scheduled membership meetings.
(e) Adheres to the mission, vision, bylaws, and policies and procedures of the Chapter.
(f) Satisfactorily completes a background check.
Dues are $350 (additional $13 for credit card transaction fee).

Associate Membership
Associate Membership shall fully support the objectives, policies and procedures of the chapter. New members may not join as an Associate Member. To change membership status from Regular to Associate, a member must have been a Regular member in good standing for a minimum of one (1) year and such changes must be approved by the Board. Associate members may but are not required to attend regular membership meetings or participate in committee activities.
An Associate Member shall pay annual dues and said annual dues shall exceed the amount for Regular members by a minimum of 100%. Associate Members may be required to pay an annual assessment. Any such annual assessment amount for Associate Members shall not exceed an amount equal to 25% of the assessment applicable to Regular Members.
Associate Members in good standing shall enjoy all benefits of membership with two exceptions: (1) Associate Members may not run for or serve in any elected offices but may serve on committees, if desired. (2) Associate Members may not vote in the affairs of the chapter in membership meetings of board meetings.
