It is both an honor and a privilege to serve as President of this extraordinary sisterhood of leaders, advocates, and change agents. For me, this role is more than a title—it is a sacred responsibility and an opportunity to stand in the gap for Black women and girls whose voices, experiences, and potential deserve to be seen, heard, and championed.

The National Coalition of 100 Black Women was founded on the belief that advocacy and leadership have the power to transform communities. That belief continues to guide our work today.

Our chapter theme, “Empowered Voices, Unstoppable Impact,” reflects not only who we are, but how we serve.

We understand that advocacy is not simply something we do—it is who we are. Through intentional programming, meaningful partnerships, courageous conversations, and strategic action, we work to address inequities and create pathways for progress in the areas of health, education, economic empowerment, leadership, and public policy.

The women of this chapter are not spectators to change—we are participants in it. We are professionals, entrepreneurs, mentors, mothers, visionaries, and servant leaders united by a shared commitment to strengthening our community and expanding opportunities for future generations.

As President, I am committed to cultivating a chapter culture grounded in excellence, accountability, innovation, and authentic sisterhood. Our goal is not simply to host programs, but to create meaningful experiences and measurable impact that align with our mission and speak to the real needs of those we serve.

I believe deeply in the power of collective leadership and what becomes possible when women move together with vision, strategy, and heart. That belief shapes how we lead, how we advocate, and how we show up in our community.

As you explore our website, I hope you see more than events and initiatives. I hope you see purpose. I hope you see possibility. And most of all, I hope you see an invitation—to partner with us, support our work, and stand alongside women committed to advancing equity and creating lasting change.

The work before us is important, but so is our capacity to make a difference when empowered voices unite with intention and action.
